Pluralsight PMP - Project Time Management
This course will focus on the topics discussed in Chapter 6,
sections 6.1-6.5, of the Project Management Body of Knowledge, more
commonly referred to as the PMBOK® Guide. This chapter is dedicated to
the Project Time Management knowledge area, one of ten such knowledge
areas in the PMBOK® Guide. First, the Project Time Management knowledge
area is introduced, along with how to plan schedule management in a
project environment. Then, viewers learn about defining and sequencing
project activities, exploring how various portions of project work can
interrelate and depend on one another. Later, the course explores how to
estimate activity resources and durations on the project, looking at
how the selection of resources can be impacted by project requirements
and constraints, and introducing a variety of estimation methods.
Finally, reserves and contingencies are discussed.
